Scalable platform. SKN's action plan normally incorporates the use of a scalable software platform that can monitor and measure those risks or opportunities on which you choose to focus.  SKN executives have experience in designing these platforms for large corporate customers.

Modules.  Separate modules deal with eco-efficiency, economics and finance, social and corporate governance factors.  (See the tab "Service areas: Domain Competencies" in this section of the website.)  Supplier issues are also addressed.  Our programmers design modules that work efficiently with your legacy systems.

Dashboards.  When operational, risks are monitored on a real time, or near real time, basis.  When a potential risk is identified, an icon will be highlighted on the computer screen (dashboard) of interested managers and officers, e.g., a potential regulatory problem would appear on the general counsel's dashboard, a plant security issue on the plant manager's dashboard.

Applications.  At SKN, we integrate and enhance "best of breed" software applications in the design and implemenation of our solutions.

Confidentiality. We understand that a business that monitors and measures risk may uncover sensitive information that may be confidential.  SKN works in conjunction with your attorneys to protect the confidentiality of your information, and provide attorney-client privilege, where appropriate.
