Implementation support.  SKN's Center for Performance and Implementation Support (CPIS) encompasses cross-functional service areas that are typically required to deliver the performance improvement projects identified for a domain specific management team.  Sample CPIS services include:

1.  Performance improvement.
     o  Business process mapping.
     o  Performance measurement and benchmarking.
     o  Linking performance and results, including economic and financial performance modeling.
2.  Change management services.
    
o  Meeting facilitation.
     o  Stakeholder surveys.
3.  Training and workshop services.
    
o  Personal (face-to-face) training and course development.
     o  Computer-based training.
4.  Corporate communications and business reporting services.
     o  Enhancing voluntary disclosures in your annual report, and other communications with stakeholders.
     o  Designing internal metrics management dashboards to highlight risks or opportunties for key managers on a real time, or near real time, basis.
     o  Communicating the results of your company's sustainability management system to stakeholders, including the preparation of written and video materials, either for management presentations or online use.
