The work plan.  Our work typically begins with a sustainability assessment review, a 60 to 90 day focus on our client's operations to identify key sustainability issues and outline the logistics of building a sustainability management system.  In the second stage, we work with your managers to customize our metrics design for your organization.  In the third stage, we work with you to implement your sustainability management system, and report to you on the impact on your performance and results.

"Triple bottom line".  Our work product includes the building of a mechanism to compute your "triple bottom line", so that your key managers can regularly track their performance against the key performance indicators that you select during the construction of your sustainability management system.
